Well, I finally did it . . . resigned after 10 years from Frigidaire Home Products to become a full time Domestic Engineer, just in time for Davina to get settled into our new home and start school.

I have moved to Walhalla, South Carolina with my daughter Davina (04-10-89), my son Devon (12-03-99) and our 4 legged children . . . Casey (choc.lab), Nicki (shelti), Snooper (Dachund), Puddy (cat), Sonica (a hedgehog) and lots and lots of chickens & 3 rabbits.

Our new home is on a mountain where there is nothing but trees and more trees all around (no neighbors to look at). 

Haven't had time to do any new cooking yet but, I will one of these days when I get somewhat organized.

I will actually be learning how to cook and all, sooo . . . if you have any good recipes send them our way. I am going to learn new ways to cook chicken and eggs.

Nicki stays in the yard near the house and Casey . . . well, she's too interested in all those chickens . . . sooo . . . she stays behind bars.

Maybe I'll have some time to get back into my old hobbies. . . collecting Hallmark Ornaments and making stuff out of wood, or at least finish what I started years ago . . . family of Snowman & polar bears.

November 2000 - I am most Thankful for "my body guard" that has put up with me throughout this year. He has given me a great home to live in and the opportunity to stay at home with our two wonderful kids.

Wow, I cannot get over how fast this year has flown by....Where did it go?? It has been a busy year for all of us, with all of the moving and changes going on. Gotta admit, when I left FHP.... I thought I'd get a little bored staying at home....not a chance, Thanks to "Our Little Monster", Devon who is very curious and always looking for something new to get into and Davina with her new school & all the homework that she has...she brought all her grades up this semester :)
